  • Our barista-serviced mobile espresso bar packages start at $1,200. Your final price depends on guest count, service duration, number of baristas, menu, branding add-ons, and travel. Share your event details and we'll send you a tailored quote.

  • Reach out as early as you can, especially for peak dates. Most clients book 30 to 60 days ahead, but we always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines. We don't charge extra for last-minute events, though some custom branding elements may need expedited production and shipping, which can carry additional fees.

  • Yes. We're based in Manhattan, with cafés on the Upper East Side and Upper West Side, and our mobile coffee carts regularly serve events across Manhattan and the greater NYC area. Travel beyond a certain radius may include a travel fee, which we'll include in your quote.

  • A typical setup needs a footprint of just 48" x 36" and access to a standard power outlet. For outdoor events without power, we can provide a generator. We're fully self-sufficient when it comes to water and bring Poland Spring water to every event for the best-tasting coffee. Once we know your venue, we'll confirm the specifics with you.

  • Yes. Our coffee is organic and kosher certified by Vaad Kashrus Mehadrin (VKM), and the certification covers our entire mobile coffee cart setup as well as our cafés. We are Chalav Yisrael and Pas Yisrael, and we can provide our kosher certificate on request.

  • Absolutely. We can wrap the cart itself in your branding and design custom cups, sleeves, napkins, menus, decals, and staff uniforms around your event. Our baristas can even print your logo or message directly onto latte foam, so every detail feels like yours.

  • If your event is in Manhattan or anywhere in the greater NYC area, yes. Our baristas are based at our Upper East Side and Upper West Side cafés and travel across the city for events of every size. Planning something further afield?
