Reach out as early as you can, especially for peak dates — though we do our best to accommodate shorter timelines. While we do not charge fees for last minute events, some of our custom branding elements could require expedited shipping and production which could require additional fees.

We're based on the Upper East Side and regularly serve events across Manhattan and the greater NYC area. Travel beyond a certain radius may include a travel fee.

A typical setup needs a modest 48” x 36” footprint and access to a standard power outlet. We do have the option to include a power generator for outdoor events should one be needed. We are fully independent when it comes to water and supply pure Poland Spring water to ensure the highest quality flavors. We'll confirm specifics once we know your venue.

Yes — our coffee is organic and kosher-certified. Kosher certification applies to our entire setup and to the Caffe itself. We are Chalav Yisrael.
